Read a GSS and its claims from NPHIES screenshots, draft a clinical review of each claim from its medical reports, have the physician validate it, and issue a claim-level review report for the GSS.
Nothing is saved. Closing or reloading the page loses the work, so export the report before leaving. Screenshots and reports are sent through this site's server to the Claude API to be read, and are not stored by this site; use only data you are authorised to process this way.
AI reading is not available: the server is not configured or cannot be reached. You can still type the GSS and claim details and write reviews manually.
1GSS details
Upload the GSS Details screenshot from the NPHIES Transaction Viewer. Check every field against the screen before moving on.
2GSS claims
Upload the GSS Claims table screenshot. If the list runs over several pages, upload each page; rows are merged by Claim Bundle ID.
3Claim reviews
For each claim, upload its medical reports (PDF or images) and draft the review. The physician then checks each answer against the reports, edits as needed, and approves.
4Claim-level review report
The report covers every claim in the GSS. Claims not yet approved by a physician are marked as drafts.
